"Had a large group dinner at the glasshouse restaurant which was a disaster. Some waited an hour for their meals while others had already finished. Food came out cold, un cooked and some parts of meals missing. Manger was called over twice to rectify as...after the first call out the manager told us we were wrong and it wasn't until the 2nd requested for manager that she sort of apologised and bought over a couple of extra items. A few of us felt unwell after the meal as well. We sent formal complaints in writing to the RSL as well even though we spoke to the manager on the night because we were all so upset and disappointed in what had happened and the disrespect shown by the manager. Weeks have past and still no response from the RSL."

"Scoop is a family-run business and a great place to go for bulk goods, mostly Australian, where there is no plastic packaging, only paper bags and old style service. my wife loves scoop, as she here her nuts, flour honey and others. ingredients in the amount and quality she wants. it is probably more expensive than the super markets, but great to support a family business where quality, Australian is most important and there is no plastic bag or packaging in itself."
