"THIS IS a vegan food shop that specializes in offering a tremendous selection of vegan items that are difficult to find elsewhere, mainly pantry, refrigerated, and frozen ingredients and prepared foods and cleaning supplies. THIS IS NOT a one stop shop or full-on grocery store as there is no produce and only a limited selection of dry goods (grains, seeds, nuts . The intent of this store is to complement the shopping you usually do in your big grocery store, health food store, and/or farmers markets. Their awesomeness lies in having every variety of products from brands like Gardein, Quorn, Soy Delicious, Daiya, etc. when other grocery stores only offer a partial selection from these brands. There are local and regional baked goods and snacks (glad to see my favorite high-protein NuGo bars from Pittsburgh! I live about 35 minutes away, and I am the only vegan in my home, so I will likely come here only once in a while when I need to restock on manufactured proteins, get some specialty items, plan a big vegan holiday dinner or party, or need a bunch of frozen meals if life gets too busy to cook."

"In the city, my family went to Galassi today. Luckily, I have to see Gail Galassi again. She was as nice as usual. Had my Nite-Mare (was almost by the first half before I remembered making a picture), took one to go and gave my son a T-shirt. So great place!"

"Just returned from Florida, and we had to go to our favorite ice cream parlor. Never disappointed in their orange chocolate sundae. Staff is as great as the sundaes. Awesome place!"

"We live in the area and frequent here; you can 't beat the view of the river from their indoor or outdoor space and if you want to eat waterside you can. Pull up in your car, boat, or walk in off the biking walking trail. The food is standard hot dog stand meets small kitchen- you can get extras like shaved steak sandwich, crunch rolls, fish fry, fried pickles, etc but also the standard staples. As previously mentioned, majority of the food is grilled or fried so be prepared to select from those two categories. A really nice touch over most places with these menus is the wine beer canned malt beverages- you can 't beat a hot dog or burger on the water with a cold drink. The food is very reasonably priced, the drinks are just slightly more than your neighborhood bar but less than a full fledged restaurant would be on the water."
