"We arrived in Sault late on a rainy Sunday & quickly found this perfect spot. They took our reservation and we headed off to Ciecle for a quick aperitif. Le Provençal offer a range of 4 course set price menus which are incredible value for money. We Started with aubergine, then pork in a mustard sauce & white fish in a leek sauce, followed by 4 goats cheeses and ending with citron tart & apricot tart. The food is honest & very tasty. The service was excellent, very friendly & matched the food perfectly! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant."

"Alfresco lunch in the Provence sun. Venue is very popular with the cycling fraternity as there is good bike parking alongside. The views area as appetising as the food. Service is friendly and helpful. The menu offers a small but good choice. We had not planned on eating in Sault before ascending Mt. Ventoux, but what we saw being served persuaded us enter. The food was fresh and tasty and the beer nice and cold. Recommended."

"Stayed at this historic and very traditional small French hotel as part of a group. Stayed before but it has since been refurbished with a new boiler, new windows and decor and new dining room design without ruining the lovely old world charm of the place. Lovely food, hard working and friendly proprietors and staff. The locals visit regularly for drinks and food. If you like tradition, lovely surrounding countryside and good food with a diversity of wines and beers you will enjoy this place."
