"Big Rigz offer without doubt the best burgers I have ever tasted. My young family and I moved to South Freo from Sydney recently. In Sydney my wife and I had tried Down N' out, Mary’s, Chur Burger, and others as massive foodies. Without a tasty morsel of a doubt the crew at BR have knocked their creations out of the park to a point of addictive and tasty precision. Living 400m's away, we've tried all the burgers on the menu and they are exceptional. To sum up, I'd just like to say thank you to the Big Rigz team, you have made my life tastier :"

"My husband very kindly organised my birthday dinner at Madalenas last Saturday. 11 guest, we prepaid the food at $80 ahead weeks in advance. We also made it very clear that two of our friends are vegetarian. We had previously dined at this restaurant and we enjoyed so much that we chose to host my birthday there. Little did we know, the restaurant especially front staff (waitresses and manager) were extremely rude, unhelpful, un accommodating and made what it could be a lovely experience into a very disappointing and terrible situation. Lack of communication We specifically mentioned weeks in advance about two vegetarian guests. Arrogant and rude behaviour the waiter had the audacity to ask me “why are you bringing vegetarian people to a seafood restaurant?” Are you telling me that the restaurant/chef is incapable to provide vegetarian options? Can’t they do gluten free, lactose intolerant, vegan, fructose intolerant? The manager told us, “let me see if the chefs can accommodate for you”. Us having 9 friends sitting at the table for longer that 20mins without drinks not even water. The waitress “kindly” come back to us finally, telling that it was possible. The service was slow and very unpleasant, we were drinking $120 bottles (plural) of wine and they did not even served it for us. "Great Freo café. Always buzzing, loads of friendly staff and quick service. The pizza are tasty and made with good ingredients, thick but crusty bases. The cakes look amazing and they have a great selection. Coffee is also really good. Great spot to visit."
