"I went here with some friends because they couldn’t believe I had not tried it. The employee was closing the door and locking up at 8pm, despite the signs clearly saying it closed at 10pm. He had poor customer service, it seemed a frustration to...him that four of us wanted to order ice-creams. The ice-cream was nice and there were lots of flavours to chose from but the ‘mix-ins’ were very expensive for what you got and they were very poorly smashed and mixed in. This was my first experience at Cold Rock because my friends raved about it but I’m happy not to go back."

"Omg best pho ever! Usually the Vietnamese places I have been to have pho are usually bland and I have to put so much sauce to give it flavour. But the broth for the pho here is amazing!"
