"I love a cold rock on a nice day! Such good ice cream! But the thing that really stood out to me was the staff and their service. There was one guy there, I think he was the manager, he was so lovely, friendly, talkative and had really good customer service skills!"

"I have been here three times and I have been impressed every time. I knew this shop by chance from the walk pass. From the outside, it looks warm and friendly, the inside is very classy, the environment inside the shop is also nice, the staffs are friendly. As a chocolate and sweets lover, I can feel real chocolate in both drinks and desserts. There are many types of chocolate. We could choose the chocolate dip for the churros, the taste was a little too sweet for me, but I thought it was just right for most people. Highly recommended!"

"This place makes you feel as if you have been transported to a little town in Italy. There is a real sense of authenticity. We ordered far too much food but it was all super delicious. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and you have the choice to take your own wine otherwise it is fully licensed. We wait in anticipation for our next visit."

"One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Dublin. The restaurant was downstairs with a “basement” kind of vibe but it was very cozy and comfy inside, with a relaxed atmosphere. My partner and I ordered the garlic bread as a starter and it was delicious it was sourdough so not the typical garlic bread but delicious nonetheless (just maybe order it with some kind of sauce). For mains we ordered the Hake and the Ribeye. We waited 45 minutes for it (because the kitchen forgot our order) but the manager Kiko gave us drinks on the house because we waited for so long. When the food came out the fish was stunning, it was so soft and juicy. The ribeye however was tough and chewy, but the server Nick took it away and had the kitchen remake it quickly and comped it 50%. After that both mains were super tasty and the manager (on top of the complimentary drinks, 50% comped steak) also offered us free dessert brownie with ice cream. So huge thanks to Nick and Kiko for saving the night. We will 100% return again solely for the service!!"

"This place is the best place to come if you want some amazing waffles and some great service too! I was in there tonight and the lovely young man took my order. When I got my order I realised that there was chocolate ice cream on it and not chocolate mint (I asked for chocolate mint. Or so I thought I did. I notified the handsome young chap that took my order that he got it incorrect. My friends then told me that I had in fact ordered the wrong ice cream and I got the correct order. The chap was lovely enough to give me the other ice cream to satisfy me. What a bloody legend!"
