"The food was excellent and our waiter was good, however the hostess was not very welcoming and then they refused to validate for parking even though on open table it says nothing about only validating for valet. Also the ambiance was that of a hotel restaurant rather than an upscale restaurant"

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate on his own initiative. We will come back in any case."

"I went to Pinstripes for the first time the evening of Saint Patrick's Day and had a marvelous experience. From walking in the front door all the way to when I left my expectations were exceeded by friendly staff, a great dining experience, and a very entertaining facility. Senior Manager Mitch Reuter made sure to take time to show me and my girlfriend around the facility, explaining how one can come to enjoy a skillfully prepared meal or to enjoy the bowling, bocce, and bar. He also explained how events can be hosted in the upper level of the building, something I would be very interested in if I lived in the Georgetown area. When it came to our meal, Mitch was able to recommend very pleasant drinks, wine for my girlfriend and beer for myself, and showed he has a vast knowledge about both the alcohol and food aspects of the menu. When asked for his recommendations, Mitch recommended the best tenderloin sliders I have had to date and a stellar barbecue chicken pizza. After dinner, Mitch was able to help my group get a bocce lane we gladly enjoyed while sharing a few drinks. I will be recommending Pinstripes to anybody visiting Georgetown, whether they want a fine dining experience or need a place to go for a fun evening out."

"My mother and I were visiting from NY to see my Aunt , who lives in DC. I googled the best place in DC for dim sum and found Ping Pong. We would not be disappointed. We chose the $25 tasting menu, which included different type of dumplings, such as lobster and shrimp ,crispy prawn rolls , pork buns ,delicately sweet, yet, not too spicy. I ordered a peach earl grey julep which paired delightfully with the entrées. My only complaint was with our dessert, sweet pineapple filled spring rolls, that were served with cinnamon ice cream, which was great. I just wish we were each given a scoop of ice cream, instead of having to share a big scoop. All in All, I gladly recommend Ping Pong to anyone looking for great Dim Sum in DC."

"The guacamole is excellent. We ate outdoors on the sidewalk which was a pleasant experience. While the food is neither authentic nor gourmet, it is quite tasty and well prepared. Service is good and portions are generous. It's a fun environment."
