"I went to this place for the second time tonight. Last time was on a Wednesday and they didn't have a lot of special fish. The chef said they will get fresh fish tomorrow. It makes sense. Usually sushi restaurants get their fresh fish on Thursday to get rest for the weekend. But tonight was actually worse. We ordered a bunch of things. The fried chicken livers were good. The fried soft shell crab appetizer was good but the fried noodles on top were very stale. The miso soup was old like from two days ago. The chirashi was terrible. The rice was stale and the yellowtail and the salmon were discolorated old. Overall, this was not an experience from a sushi place that has a Japanese sushi chef. That's probably why the place isn't that busy. Our bill was $110 and I tipped $20 because the service was good. Will probably not go here again."

"Fantastic sushi and service! Great take-away packaging! Will order again! The only downside was the Kani salad. Paid the up charge for the ?real crab? and was quite underwhelmed that it was just unseasoned crab with spicy mayo on soggy lettuce. Plus a strand of hair."
