"Came here for dinner on a Sunday. It was not busy, so our party of four got seated right away. We all got Hiros Omakase and everything was really good. Nothing really stood out to me today but the blue fin tuna and the otoro are always delicious. I'd come here more often but my wallet can't handle it...lol Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"Not very impressed today, our first time to eat here! 4.5 stars with 960 reviews on Yelp seemed really good, so we decided to try it. Restaurant is nice, very cool ambience, beautiful decorations, well organized. They offer seating and seating. Clean restaurant. They have beers to choose, as well as some delicious dessert options (good? they saw delicious lol, they did not get to try. The reason I give them only a 3-star rating is because of the waiting period. We sat on a half-sweet table, was not completely dry when they brought us there. Then we waited almost 45 minutes before the first plate was brought to our table, and about 3 minutes between plates. There were only 5 of us. No big party. Before we left, 2 different waiters came to our table to apologize for the slow service. They said it was because they were among servants, the other said it was because the rush surprised them!! So I suppose it was probably a combination of both! The food was very good. I would not really consider this restaurant as the best Vietnamese restaurant in Orange County right now, maybe back in 2020 when it was nominated, but not now. But yes, the food was good, very good amount for the price tag. My Oxtail Fried Rice was $18.95 My wide Vermicelli Chicken Bowl was $17.95 I don't know if I come back. Who knows?"

"Highly recommend their sugar cookie decorating kits! My boys love decorating (and eating sugar cookies during the holidays. I've purchased cookie kits from major grocery store chains in the past, but their cookies aren't edible. They are dry, flavorless and taste stale. Cookie Element's sugar cookies are so moist and full of flavor. Plus the butter cream frosting is smooth and tasty. The cookies are a good size too. Perfect for decorating. The kit came with everything needed: cookies, pre-bagged icing (4 colors/flavors and a variety of sprinkles. The boys loved eating the cookies as much as they did decorating them. Will definitely purchase decorating kits from them on a regular basis."
