"I ordered a glazed and a Boston cream donut and both had the hard dried out texture of a 5 day old donut. It was not very good at all. The vanilla iced latte was also not good at all. The apple fritter was, however, excellent. We qualified for 2 offers according to the posters and their audio commercial in the store but was never told about them at the time of purchase and paid full-price."

"Came here this afternoon to let my 4 year old play in the indoor play area and ordered a small meal for myself.... The manager let me order what I did and then told me he was treating me today just because!!! Completely unexpected and just totally made my day. Love this chick-fil-a and their hospitality!"

"So my husband and I placed an order on the App this morning for 6 sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. We paid the order in full. Once my husband arrived they tell him the payment didn't go through. So, he tried 3 different cards and they tell him all cards are declined. Now my husband had just used one of the cards at Walmart before arriving to get the food. I guests either him or the Manager suggested he just pay cash so he did.Now he calls me and tells me something is wrong with the cards they are not working.II checked the balance on all cards and they were more than enough money to cover the food. Secondly, I saw the charges for the App pulled from our bank account. He tells the manager this information and she tells him just to disputes the charge instead of retung our money. I think they are taking the cash for themselves."

"4. child pancakes were good except you had chocolate chips and blueberries. my sunny side was completely uncooked, as shown in the picture, makes it and the speck unedable. the blueberry cake of my man was a chocolate chip that had no blueberries. they also overfilled both kinder drinks, they spilled all the way. the food boxes were stacked inappropriately and the uncooked egg was also spilled over the interior of the bag. eating tasted good, but not spectacular. I hate to leave bad critikens, but we have this place based on all the great, just to a very less than the stellar experience. Hopefully it was just a free day."

"I’ve had donuts there before and they’re good like any other donut shop. So I’ve contributed to the shop before. Today I stopped in because I had to go to the bathroom like extremely bad and I didn’t buy anything. Like I said though I have purchased in there before. As I was walking out I told the lady that was standing by the donuts to have a great day and bye. She just stood there and looked at me and gave me the worst look ever! Wow and I mean I stood there for a minute waving and saying bye and giving her a smile to see if she was going to say bye back and nope she just gave me the worst look! I’ve spent money in there before and I did not deserve that. So I will not be going back. Plus The bathroom was disgusting!"

"I wish I grabbed my servers name I know she told us but it slipped our minds. She was absolutely a blessing and so kind and made sure we had our meal served correctly and even you made sure we didn’t feel rushed as I’m sure we got there close to their brunch ending. We loved it. Will be back. 10/10."

"First visit was a 5 but the quality seems to have gone down and the price is still high. Don't ever accept the last piece of pie. I got it recently and apparently, it was old or a reject and wasn't even warmed properly. The crust was greasy, not flaky and the cherries weren't plump as promised. The size certainly wasn't shareable. I thought the pieces were large but apparently that's only for the apple pie (Lord of the pies. My kids won't even go anymore. I may be done as well."
