"Had the Hawaiian Poke today. Lotsa of variety including greens, brown rice, ginger, sprouts and the tuna. Compared to the Poke's I'm used to from Oahu no sauce on the tuna and minimal quantity. Some sauce would bring more highlight. My better half had the vegetarian tofu and it looked tasty. Very nicely presented but left still a little hungry. Small and cosy so wait till the lunch crowd finishes or there will be await. Friendly staff."

"Went here with my boyfriend - he surprised me. Kin Koa was recommended by a friend of his and it was a great recommendation. The restaurant is very simple and clean but the food is crazy yummy. We wanted to try what the other tables were eating so we ended up ordering the chicken wings (8 or 9 of them in the order) and the grilled marinated pork collar skewers (4 skewers with healthy amounts of meat on each) to start. Great flavours on the wings but that pork was amazing! We then shared the stir fry with Thai basil (chicken) and the yellow curry (chicken) with a side of rice each. I really liked the crunch to the beans in the stir fry. That was really tasty. However, the yellow curry was crazy good, and we would have been fine with just that to share. In the end we were both stuffed and we've got leftovers for lunch tomorrow!! Next time I want to try the papaya salad!!"
