"Not coming to the Tacoma/parkland location ever again. 4 cars I front of me and was in line over 30minutes. Absolutely ridiculous…I don’t see why there isn’t anyone outside taking orders before people pull up to the window? Or why there walk up side isn’t converted to another drive through… someone needs to fix something here."

"This location is my go to on the way to work. Very friendly staff and I earned a free drink last time! They don’t offer food, but that’s not what I’m there for. Their coffee is tasty and their energy drinks are refreshing. "They put the same amount of drink in a 32 oz as their smallest size because they fill everything to the top with ice. It's crazy to pay 7$ for about 8oz of an energy drink. If you ask them for light ice they give you extra about 8 times out of 10. It seems like the employees here get their pay docked if they give over 10oz of liquid in any cold drink"
