"Typically this location kills it with customer service and drinks. However, today the 3 employees argued with each other over who (if at all) put flavor in my nutty buddy. Guess what, no flavor! Luckily I like a plain latte! They offered to add it after, no thanks. Where is the old crew??? I get it, first world problems, but we were the only customers and only had 2 drinks."

"This is one of our favorite Biggbys in the area! The staff here are GENERALLY friendly. The drinks and bragels are SOMETIMES better at this point, the service seems faster, and they are located directly on the road of Bush Park! Okay, so I noticed it's better or worse, depending on the staff on that day. Today, the drinking cups Sirup had run down the sides (without napkins and no straw), the egg/cheese on the bragel was cold to touch. No, it wasn't busy, really depends on who works."

"Not bad I just started coming here for smoothies the last couple of months. Service is always fast and friendly. The smoothies are tasty and offer a great liquid lunch alternative when you aren't in the mood or are on the go. I just got a wrap here and it wasn't bad just a bit small and was about 70% lettuce so probably will just stick with the smoothies going forward but again I like the place"
