"I have been to Rusty Bucket many time in different locations. This last time we walked in and asked for a booth for 2. While waiting to be seated I chatted with the hostess Stephanie. I asked how she was doing this evening. She said “fine thank you, how about you?” “I will be a lot better in a few minutes. Looking forward to some fried pickles.” “Gross,” she said and continued on a diatribe about how long she had been working there and have always found this dish to be “gross.” If you have been a hostess for so long Stephanie, how could you think that insulting the business you work for is a good idea? You get double points for also insulting the customer for their “gross” choice of food. We were then told that there were no booths available and were seated at a table. FYI there were multiple booths available. We asked our server Hannah if we could move to a booth. She moved us right away. LET ME BE CLEAR… Hannah (I hope I have her name right) was lovely, funny and accommodating. She provided amazing service. Had it not been for her, this meal would have been a massive bust. Thank you Hannah… we will be back because of you. Sorry for my terrible taste in food Stephanie. Perhaps if you spent a tad more time being a wonderful hostess and less time flirting with the hot waiter and incessantly twirling your hair, this review might not have ever been written."

"This might be my second review if the Derby. Great food and great environment, ambience is good. met some nice people there and staff is very friendly. Good pours from the bartenders. still haven't put money on the horses, however I do enjoy watching the races along with games playing. they have a lot of screens to watch your game. Staff is very friendly and will take care of you consistently. Food is awesome, very good variety I get from the wok (orange chicken,kung pao), pizza, prime rib or big bowl posole! Variety!!!"

"Dined at RB for the first time ever and had a great experience. Made a reservation for 6pm at the Mason location. Our server was phenomenal; she recommended the blacked salmon salad when I was torn between that and another dish. It was flavorful and the fish was tender; I changed my plate. My dining companions seemed to enjoy their meals, too, with one of them (who had eaten at the restaurant many times before raving about her fish sandwich."

"Been to this location twice. Not very busy each time on weekends. We were quickly seated in groups of 3 or 4. Small menu without much selection. Average chain food. They offer a gluten free bun but the waitress said the fries could may not be because they don't separate fryers between fries and other foods which can be problematic for celiac. We had one good waitress who was personable and timely. The waiter we had on the first visit didn't put the dressing on the side of the salad as requested and also brought the wrong dressing and was MIA for correction on the early lunch. Not a very good value for a $100 for a party of 4 for lunch considering the quality of food and service. The chicken parm and burgers are good. The meatloaf, fish and chips and fish tacos left much to be desired and there are many much better options in the immediate area."
