"Amazing pizza, it felt like being in Italy. One of the few pizzas I ate abroad that is actually done like in Italy. The dough is great, the pizza is big and the ingredients are super fresh. The sauce is also super tasty. If you are looking for a real Italian pizza in Amsterdam, here it is. The prices are a bit high compared to other places but after all you are buying a true Italian pizza in the center of Amsterdam. Absolutely recommended"

"My family of 4 were in Amsterdam on the final day of a multi-city trip and the weather was awful. We had a flight 6 hours after our booking and one meal to go. Amigo was exactly what was needed with top-quality steaks and sides and the really cool addition of the on-table mini BBQ for my 2 sons. Service was perfect from Dala? (apologies for incorrect spelling but a lovely Ukranian girl). Highly recommend and owner/manager came out to meet us and just a great 90 minutes. Highly recommend!"

"Cozy spot for Italian and kid friendly but not a spot run over by children! Big difference ya know ; the chef came out and translated the Dutch menu for me which was incredibly kind. The wine is good and inexpensive. Ive been before but returned for the pizza tonight and wow! The margarita was a huge hit for my toddler who almost ate the whole thing!! I've never seen him eat so much! But the Buratta pizza with asparagus was my fave. Both were my favorite pizza found in Amsterdam thus far!!!"

"Not the warmest of welcomes. Place is a little run down but did not come for the decor. House wine is best avoided tasted like someone was missing the antifreeze from their car! Pizza was ok but nothing more than that. Was cheap but, if honest, is best avoided."
