"Where’s the meat??? Ok I used to love coming into this little Italy deli and get the best customer service from everyone. Lately since after Covid most of the employees are gone and the new hires don’t interact well with others. Every time I have entered the guys seem like they are a deer in headlights and don’t know what to do. But besides that they used to have the best hot food and made the most amazing sandwiches. Now everything has gone down and the prices are sky rocketing. The few times I went in I have gotten some hot food of chicken franchese and pasta that they charged $16 for a piece of chicken and a scoop of pasta.. Really!! So then the next time I decided to get a sandwich just some ham and salami on a roll with mayo and that was $11 with hardly any meat at all. Seriously where’s the meat? The last time I got lunch I figured I’ll just get some chicken cutlets that shouldn’t be expensive. Well guess what 2 small pieces of chicken cutlets where still $10 and they were so tiny it shouldn’t have been more then $6. Plus the chicken was so hard that I couldn’t even eat it. Sorry but I won’t be returning to this establishment."

"As a Bay Shore, this is our favorite place to eat in the city at all times! We dinate here at least once a month if no more. Food is amazing as always! Drinks are even better and the staff is super cooled. One of the best places on the island."

"It is a very dirty place. The person had the flu and before serving us, he coughed on the food and from there he took care of us. If you are sick, do not work on food, rest and when you are better, come back. to your work oh if not at least cover your mouth with masks"

"Yesterday, grabbed a Flipper with my family and, what a sand-wich it was! In fact, the last time I had a great hunk of blackened Mahi-Mahi that even came close, was at Commander's Palace in NOLA. Service was great and sitting rail-side on the patio with a fine cool breeze was pure heaven. If you can get there by ferry, bike or foot, make it a destination. There's really nothing left like this anywhere else."
