"Where are those Michelin stars judges when you need them?. The only people giving this place a bad review can't afford to eat here. This is a very romantic place. The food was great and the service the best in 100's of miles. There is a reason the Food Network came to this place. It is the whole package and in a place where most people have never even seen food so good."

"I ordered through the drive through a few months ago. When I got home, there was no chicken in the chicken parmigiana. I spoke to Keith, the general manager and explained what happened. He promptly mailed me a gift certificate for another chicken parm and6 breadsticks. I went by last night and Angel took my order. She made sure my order was perfect and also gave me a piece ofchocolate cheesecake! I do appreciate both Keith Angel for taking care of us! We love Fazoli?s!"

"I will never go here again. The pizza may be wonderful but the pasta is lacking. It is literally tomato sauce from a can poured over noodles. I didn 't give 1 star just because the pasta was cooked properly. Flavor is something you expect from Italiancuisine...especially something authentic . Service was terrible. I apologized multiple times to my party that I suggested wedine here. Oregano, basil, garlic some rosemary, marjoram...plain tomato sauce from a can is not authentic Italian. I won 'teven mention the three tables that were seated after we were that received their pizza 's before we even saw our waitress again.If you 're looking for pizza...go ahead...pasta? Keep on looking. And a drink menu is usually appreciated....people like to knowthe price of what they are ordering."

"On Mar 10, 2023 at 5:13 I placed an in store order (5005942) for a Specialty Supreme Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread from Little Caesars in Livingston. Larry, took my order said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was there in 25 to pick up my order. When I arrived home and opened the boxes of well awaited yummy pizza and bread, I noticed that the pizza was not fully cooked. The center of the pizza was a bit soggy and the pizza was cold. The Italian Cheese bread was overcooked and dry; it too was cold. For as long as I've bought pizza and sides at Little Caesars in Livingston, I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of the food; it's always been great! Of course, this incident will not deter me from being a customer of this restaurant. I understand that mistakes are made and that sometimes not everyone is on top of their game, so to speak. I wanted you to know about my experience so that this does not happen to someone who is not as understanding and compassionate as I am. On a good note, Larry's customer service skills were awesome. He was attentive and helpful."

"We have eaten here at least 10 times and not once has there been any issue. The food is quickly prepared and brought out, always hot and flavorful, customer service is top notch even going so far as an employee not ringing us up overheard our order and pointed out there was a deal for the day to get a larger pizza for a cheaper price. Recommend this restaurant to anyone."

"First time for us up in Cookeville in several years and we stopped in at one of our favorite restaurants....Gondola's.NOTHING has changed. STILL incredible food. And the service was awesome!Absolutely the most polite staff and the food is just incredible. Glad to see them still running at full steam through all the restrictions and issues every restaurant has to deal with at this time!Can't wait to come back again!"

"Best dinner experience ever! Spaghetti was delicious the mozzarella sticks were delicious and the cheese cake was delicious. The owners were just so great and super cool and made us laugh and just super amazing people. We definitely will be back!"
