"Event though our ordered food was good, I'm still giving a bad review. The table bread that was brought to the table was very stale...I managed to eat one piece only. For the first time in my life I asked the waitress to take away the 2nd piece of bread as it was terrible. She did not apologize or offer to bring new bread. The house wine tasted off and looked too light as if it had been watered down. Even though the restaurant was very empty, the waitress hardly came near our table...we had to flag her down to ask for more water. We could actually hear staff complaining about work while we were having our meal."

"Had a last minute charter thrown at me and didnt have time to pack a lunch. So after dropping the group at Chicopee ski hill, i zipped over to Italo food store. Its an Italian and Polish specialties shop. I had the nice lady at the deli meat counter offer to build me a custom made to order sandwich. You get to pick out your own preference of fresh baked bun, then select whatever meats and cheeses you feel like. She puts mayo and mustard on it if you like. Sold by weight, and mine had hot mortadella, italian salami and smoked gouda on a large crusty panini style bun for $4.10. Totally delicious."

"The Grilled Chicken Salad sounded good on the menu, but it was terribly disappointing. It was just a large bowl of romaine, tossed with some balsamic vinegar. The grilled chicken was dry and difficult to eat. It tasted like the Kirkland grilled chicken that you can buy at Costco but reheated. There were two or three shavings of parmesan cheese and no walnuts to be found. I wish I had ordered a pizza."

"We made reservations for a Saturday evening family function for 9 adults and 3 children.When we arrived, we were offered their private dining room.The room was the perfect setting. Very tastefully decorated and just the right size.The menu looked quite interesting, but pricey.As the meals were being served we all noticed the difference in the portion sizes for the pasta.Our Son-in-law's dish was quite full and our Daughter-in-law's Seafood Gnocchi was a noticeably small portion and she only counted 2 shrimp, 2 clams and 4 actual gnocchi in the bowl! Needless to say, she was surprised especially at $24.00. The Pizza was a large personal size, but rather tasteless and the pepperoni was so salty.Our waitresses were very attentive and friendly.Overall, we were pleased with the room and the service, but disappointed with the meals."
