"The Colaneri Estate Winery offered a very professional personalized wine tasting in a beautiful setting. Many of their wines are produced using the «Appassimento» style which gives the wine a fuller and bolder taste we truly appreciate. Great selection tochoose from. "What a great experience. We went early to avoid the rush, and I was just going to have a quick dinner. Hard to do with so many choices. With so many choices we went tapas style. We started with some PEI oysters, followed by Burrata and the grilled Octopus. The octopus was very tender and the tomatillo chutney was a first for me. The third course was the Branzino, Cacio E Pepe and the grilled Ceasar salad. Needless to say we didn't have any room for desert. I want to add that our server helped pick a beautiful wine to pair with our dinner. What a treat, you made my week. Thank you"

"Going to Niagra on the lake and not going to Nina! What?Best gelato in town. Amazing tarts, panna cotta and tiramisu. You must try it. There are multiple ice cream stores around but this is exceptional."

"We were pleased to visit Two Sisters Vineyards during our recent stay in Niagara on the Lake. One of the ways we pick the wineries to visit is that we ask employees at other wineries If you could only visit one other winery in town, which would it be? The answer was Two Sisters and that led to our visit.Quite objectively, the experience at Two Sisters was unique in several ways. First of all, it was the most expensive tasting, coming in at CAD $30 per person. Also, the wines were the most expensive that we encountered during our visit. That being said, the winery was probably the most beautiful and elegant that we saw. The tasting room itself was beautiful. The Two Sisters employee was very hospitable and she only had a few couples to serve so we got lots of attention. Finally, there was something very special about having a different elegant wine glass for each of the four pours.The quality of the wines was outstanding. We tasted only the reds, and found them to have a depth of flavor that was reminiscent of California wines. We particularly enjoyed the Eleventh Post and the Merlot. A small purchase allowed us to recoup a small portion of our tasting fee, which was a nice incentive. We are thoroughly glad that we included Two Sisters on our tasting itinerary."
