What Kanchan Kumar likes about Sbarro:
I had a wonderful experience at Sbarro located at the Niagara Premium Outlet centre food court. We reached there when the outlet was about to close on a Sunday around 6PM. Despite that we were served well with our orders. I would highly recommend the Stromboli if you need a quick bite after getting tired of shopping. It's really delicious and fulfilling. Will definitely revisit. The staff was helpful and friendly. View all feedback.
What AJ A doesn't like about Sbarro:
They refused to take a valid coupon and when asked to speak with the manager he looked at it told me to go away and refused service. Incredibly rude and so unprofessional to ignore me and walk away while I'm talking to him. Told him to contact his corporate office or franchise owner as this is a valid coupon and he just ignored me and walked to the back. I dont recommend this place to anyone especially when these peo... A tad pricey for franchise pizza overall but at least it was somewhat fresh and tasty and worked out for a quick bite.
I don't reccommend this employee work here , she doesn't care about the customers. Shr shouldnt work here.
