"As a long-term customer of the pizzahütte I was very disappointed by the customer service/assists of a coworker under the name armando. the phone on 08/14/2022 at 9:20 clock. After waiting for us to eat about an hour, my man called to check the status of our eating that the employee answered with the name armando, was harassed by our call to check the pizza when we asked his name, he said poorando they should know because they are a dirty Mexican. I was horrified and told him that I was Peruvian and I would no longer need the pizza to submit a complaint. he began to tell me that it was not important, he said to go into the load in person to confront him. this has very shocked us to be honest when he knows that our address has made such offensive remarks. please ensure that quality and customer service are guaranteed as pizza huts"

"I came here on Thursday morning at 5am and ordered a meal through the jack in the box website. Google said this store was open 24 hours, and the website allowed me to place an order (other stores that were closed at the time didn’t have this option online). I placed an order for my food and went to the drive thru. No one came to the drive thru window and there was an employee who kept hiding, and for the next 20 minutes I saw my order on the screen but that person never addressed me and my presence. I also checked my account and saw I was charged. The employee eventually stared me down for a minute and then came to the window and mumbled like they couldn’t speak so I left. I never honked, I was never rude to him and I figured I’ll just come back when I’m free and explain the situation to a day manager.I came back 4 days later when I had the time, and the lead says they won’t do anything about it. They think I’m lying. I showed him the video I took. Thanks for taking my money Jack!"
