"Service is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. As far as I know, it is the only place to try alligator which is tasty. Soups are tasty, and so are the po-boys. The beignets though are fantastic. I prefer this place over the other cajun place in Saskatoon. It is a nice place to eat."

"Picked up an order of ginger beef for supper at home and treated myself to a piece of apple pie for dessert. The ginger beef is always so outstanding! Loaded with flavour from onions, red and green peppers, celery, carrots and whole pieces of ginger!!! I have mine with noodles. Well more than I can eat for one meal. The apple pie was okay however not worth $6. The bottom crust was thin and very gummy."

"I travel very regularly to Saskatoon on business and I'm always looking for local fare as opposed to franchise establishments. It was suggested to me to try Chianti which I came to learn is actually a franchise/chain. The restaurant exterior needs a clean up and the interior was not much better. A quick sweep of the front entrance exterior / interior would go a long way. The restaurant was at most 1/3 full during my visit and my request to sit in my area of choice was like pulling teeth. It was wine Wednesday so for $6 you can get a decent glass of red or white. The house salad was green and that's as good as it gets. 1 olive, a few slices of carrots and a sliver of red pepper mixed with some fresh romaine. Thank goodness the house balsamic dressing came to the rescue!! I ordered the cannelloni and the only good thing about that was the sauce. Pasta was under cooked and veal filling was sparse, topped off with a slice of mozzarella cheese. The waiter was kind enough to offer me something else but at this point I was ready for the bill and just wanted to leave. Authentic Italian cuisine? Not even close, cookie cutter Italian style fare is more accurate. Overall I was extremely disappointed."

"Finally got to try the Spice Boil at Bon Temps, it was worth the wait. So good and a tonne of food. Gumbo to start and a side of Jambalaya. Boil contains prawns, shrimp, crawfish, crab, mussels, potatoes, spicy sausage, and corn. The staff made it a fun atmosphere! A great evening out!"
