"When you are placing your order, at Shrimpey on the beach restaurant make sure your food comes with the items that is included and not charged up charge Also, when the waitress brings you water, it should be in a large glass with ice j. Not a baby glass no ice, whether you are sitting on the inside or outside? We should not have to ask for water with ice in a large cup. Kelly, our waitress, came to take our order which was tacos that come with chips any side order is a extra fee. Cool When the food was delivered to the table, that was no chips, the other 2 people in our party also ordered tacos that should also come with chips Kelly was asked, where are the chips that come with the order she said oh I forgot. acted like we was bothering her. She returned with on basket of chips we asked where are the other chip they come with the taco order Kelly, the unfriendly waitress stated if you get a side order then that illuminates the chips(what). She proceeded to say when you order a side now becomes a up charge and eliminates the chips We ask for the manager, so two managers comes over later. We explain the situation of how we placed an order, but did not get. what comes automatically with the order The managers apologized and stated Kelly was in error in quoting an up charge and they were so sorry if we wanted an extra dessert, a donut full of sugar for our inconvenient. Of course , the answer was no. We wanted them to be aware when people placed a food order it should, what is included and not at the waitress discretion to decide what's gonna be a charge and what should be eliminated If you choose to go to a Shrimpys on the beach, make sure you get what you expected to pay for. Hopefully you won't get waitress Kelly who decides what's an up charge and what's gonna be eliminated from your order"

"We went there for my birthday and anniversary. The food was terrible! My wife got the appetizer which consisted of salmon that was supposedly house cured in cognac. It was just plain raw salmon. She sent it back. I got the 8oz prime rib. It came with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower. The vegetables were way over cooked! They were mushy and no seasoning. The mashed potatoes were glazed over and pasty. The the meat was ok. The manager came over and I showed her the vegetables and potatoes. Her reply was...I like my vegetables like that. WHAT?? Who eats dead vegetables. Then she told us that those vegetables and potatoes were from that morning! WHAT!! This is 8pm.... Left over veggies and potatoes? Now how long does it take to steam fresh vegetables and make fresh potatoes. Very disappointed. Maybe lunch is better since everything is fresh then but dinner sucks. And will not go back. Hopefully their other food is better than this."

"My husband won a gift certificate for The Gallery from his place of employment this summer and we finally got around to trying it. We went there for lunch on a weekday when it was pretty busy (lunch crowd . Waiter was nice and on top of refills, timely service, and so on. Food was surprisingly excellent! I didn't expect it to be bad, but it was really good! My hubby decided to do the lunch buffet, which looked good baked chicken, prime rib, scalloped potatoes, and roasted fresh veggies. It all looked fresh homemade and he said it was good. I ordered the filet mignon with glazed carrots and salad bar. I went through for a small salad. The greens were very fresh along with the veggies to top it. Despite being busy the buffet salad bar was clean and kept stocked. Now onto the steak! The filet mignon was AMAZING!!! Seriously. Cooked perfectly medium rare. TENDER like no steak I've ever had. It nearly melted in my mouth. The flavor was fantastic, too. No need for steak sauce at all. Perfect as is. A bit spendy for our budget, but we went all out considering the gift certificate ; Would do again for that filet mignon though!"
