"This review stands tall and is ONLY for this particular branch. No other branch considered hence I will not focus much on spices and sauces options they provide like other reviewers. Review during the covid panemic visit: They now offer the customers can fill up their own bowls to start the process. Which I am kind of not completely in favour of (considering we're still in middle of pandemic) but I'd agree it is faster and more fulfilling for customers. The staff was friendly and welcoming but the service was not that fast (because they seemed a little understaffed not their fault). Management needs to invest a little more on increasing staff. The people who worked here seemed to be working hard to get to the customers fast. The hygiene was good but not 100%. The food quality was very nice and nothing looked under/over cooked on the grill."
