"This critique is concerning El Pollo Loca store 5400 Near the corner of Ball Road and Anaheim Blvd in the city of Anaheim. After taking my order the cashier who was handling money proceeded to place lid on my takeout order with unwashed hands! When I requested that she wash her hands she proceeded to the sink and was not there for even 5 seconds. When I requested that she return to sink to really was her hands she told her manager and her manager went to the sink instead of the employee to wash her hands. The manager washed her hands thoroughly, but proceeded to the already contaminated container and bag the cashier was previously preparing and completed the preparation and attempted to hand me the contaminated container and bag. When I refused it the manager became indignant and stormed off. When I requested another meal in an uncontaminated container the manager refused to speak to me, putting her hand up as if you say I am not speaking to you . When I ask her her name she would not answer (she was not wearing a name tag). She became angry with me because I refused to eat my meal from a container and employee handled with unwashed hands after handling cash filthy money in the middle of a pandemic that has killed millions of people. My intelligence was insulted. The manager exhibited the poorest example of customer service to her employees I have ever seen. She has 0 concern for the welfare of her customers."

"The food was great, everything was ready as planned good portions. The only thing that was kind of weird... I called 11 a.m. to confirm a 2pm order and the manager turned on the computer, looked it up, downloaded the order and confirmed it with me. That was the first time she was aware of the order. My only recommendation and the only thing she thinks of 5 stars was my fear that if I hadn't asked for confirmation... my order would have been unnoticed."

"This was a good restaurant with a lot of vegan options. Our server was very knowledgeable and able to tell us which dishes were already vegan and which could be easily modified. I really enjoyed the Vegetarian Burrito which had quinoa meatballs . There was a long wait to be seated here, but they give you a buzzer so that you will be notified when your table is ready and can wander Downtown Disney while you wait. "Every time we come here, food is always on hit. Delicious, hot Mexican cuisine! Grandma and children love their well seasoned mojarras. My husband enjoys his enchiladas with creamy, tasteful sauce. My older two love getting different types of burritos. The staff is always friendly and ready to use. Always kept and clean. The only thing I like to return is the outdoor seats, but otherwise a great place for a good meal."
