"Imperial China An authentic and award winning fine dine Chinese cuisine restaurant that you are definitely going to love it. This was my second visit to this amazing place and it was satisfactory both in terms of food and service. This restaurant is located in famous Hilton Mumbai International Airport Mumbai. The interiors are beautifully decorated with Chinese themed paintings and warm lighting. The soft music adds more stars to the wonderful ambiance. Definitely a recommended place in Mumbai. I recently got my taste buds cleansed with some of their delicacies at Yum Cha Festival has started from 6th September 2019 to 15th September 2019. If I ever plunge into the gastronomical affair, then they were able to satiate my gluttony. Chef Dinesh Mhatre has curated a special Chinese menu to delight patrons. They have 3 Set menus available in the festival namely, Veg Set Menu, Non-Veg Set Menu and Seafood Set Menu at the price range of INR 1550 to INR 2050 plus taxes per person. What I have tried- Chicken Tom Kha Soup: Started with the Soup which was not part of the menu. It was amazing, consistency was too good and mildly spiced with loaded chicken chunks mushrooms into it. Starters: We have opted for Seafood menu. Every menu has 16 starters options you will get which is unlimited. All the starters what I had was amazing specially Prawn Wrapped Roll, Butterfly Prawns, Vietnamese Prawn Roll, Fish Pepper Garlic and Fish Hot Basil. Mains: We had Veg Fried Rice and Prawns Chilli Basil. You can choose from various options whatever you want to. Medium sized prawns really blended well with sauce and tasted so delicious and goes really well with fried rice. Desserts: Sago Melon Pudding: Try this amazing dessert which would not let you stop at one. It was out of the world. The service was prompt and the staff was amiable specially mention of Mr. Ajit Nair. So, if you have not been their yet, what are you waiting for. I would love to visit them again. Cheers!!! "My long time favourite ... delighted to have them by our side here in IC... what's even better that it’s a go to place for all mind setups , it’s a reall mood lifter ... only if food is something that lifts your mood though, does the job for me..<br/ What I ordered<br/ <br/ Crispy chicken chilly— hell these guys have got it aptly right... nice juicy from inside and crisp on the outside chicken pieces tossed perfectly in that dark sauce... can’t go wrong!!<br/ <br/ GAO ding ki—— just the opposite of the later this one is nice soft and juicy pieces tossed with a mildly flavoured orange sauce made with garlic this goes down reall well with your poison...<br/ <br/ Butter chicken —— perfect not too sweet just a hint of it and the buttery texture with tandoor cooked chicken this dish is to fall in love with...<br/ <br/ Taftaan —— this soft bread goes real well with the butter chicken topped with black sesame seeds..<br/ <br/ Chicken srilankan curry— spicy srilankan curry is a yellow Thai curry kinda but with a tinge of spice in it and served with jasmine rice , prawn cracker, and pickle is a tounge tingling experience...<br/ <br/ Raan biryani—— now this one here is a only on request dish ... it better of says the owner are ready to accommodate our request... Lamb Leg succulently cooked on tandoor and then made into a biryani which can easily serve 5 a must must try served with raita...<br/ <br/ They also serve some really amazing desserts created right out of their kitchen and some ice creams flavours that are out of this world."

"We visited jia the oriental kitchen for their a la carte unlimited lunch on the weekend (soup, 5 items dessert.) it will be at only 1500/ per person who is a deal grabber. eating is excellent and the service is spectacular. jia is one of the best restaurants with beautiful interiors in sobo and serves excellent Cantonese, Japanese, sushi, Chinese, Asian and Thai food. when we came to f b, we ordered chicken wonton suppe – super delicious chicken broth and chicken base with carrots and mushrooms. it was super delicious. jia special roll – this is a must taste sushi at jia. one of their speciality is completely outstanding. we tried the Prawn roll and it was done so well. this is like aromen of avocado, prawn, reis and mayo burst in their mouth. highly recommended. spicy har gow with truffle caviar – spectacular prawn dimsum in red color, which looks so stunning taste even better. the combination of prawn with truffle kaviar is too good. again try a spectacular court. crispy prawn cheung fun – cheung fun is also a form of the dimm sum that is a reisnudel role. it is actually a cantonese court from guangdong. spectacular taste. two rolls cut into 10 pieces and served with soy sauce. the taste was a lip beat. thai green chicken curry jasmine steam rice – thai curry with very prominent lemongrass and cocosnus flavor with mushroom chicken. it was so good with the jasmine rice. this combination is absolutely worth trying. for dessert we have tried (both dessert is highly recommended) chocolate dome – a dome shaped chocolate cover brownie ice cream served with hot caramel sauce. the combination is remarkable. lychee panacotta – very mild lychee flavored panacotta that melts in mouth. hesitant and soft with the correct amount of sweet, which melts in seconds in mouth. jia special splash – taste and presentation wise, this gets a 10/10. a mixology of pineapple cranberries, which is aromatized with a beat lemon. virgin mojito – made to perfection, sweet and sour drink, that is my whole time favorites. overall, jia the oriental kitchen is one of the best restaurants in terms of eating and service that I have recently visited. I will go back with a baptism of friends to get the weekend offer until it last."

"If you like Pan Asian cuisine then you must visit this place. Have visited it twice already. The ambience is lovely with a warm vibe to it.<br/ <br/ The food is soul food...<br/ <br/ Tom kha and SomTam lived up to their reputation. The pulled chicken buns were succulent and full of taste but cannot say the same about the Chicken Satay..have eaten better.<br/ <br/ The Miso ramen was really good with an authentic taste with the right broth consistency. But must say their Stardish is the Rendang curry..Have not tasted a better one..it's really good ..slurpp"
