"We have read that the lines here can be quite long, so in an attempt to beat the lunch break, my friends and I went shortly after the opening at 11:15 on Monday. There were already a few people eating there, and after we had set ourselves to eat, the line already started form and it wasn't even lunch. You order at the counter, get a table and someone will come, put a few papers on your table and clean for you when you? I'm done. You can order as much or as little as you want as they go after weight. I really liked this because we all wanted to try a little of everything, so we literally got only 3 slices of brisket, two ribs, the Texas hot intestinal sausage, green chili corn pudding and some crowned greens. The meat comes with the sides of the pimples and well-kept onions. My darling was the bride. It was so tender. The pickles also really help to cut some of the smokiness. I wasn't a big fan of pudding, but I think it was more a texture for me. There are three types of sauces that you can also help yourself and I think I remember that the green is my favorite. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good grill in Charleston!"

"Forever to get our drinks. They were from the first two we ordered. Soup and sandwich. The sandwich came out 10 minutes before the soup. Sandwich tasted really good, but PoBoy had 4 shrimps and 4 oysters. We were charged $12.95 $6.95 for a sandwich. The Okra gumbo wasn't good. Our waitress was very nice, but the feeling that she was overwhelmed and the bad food and bad service were not her fault. We will not come back"

"This is my first time with authentic Lebanese food and I was amazed at how tasty and full of flavor it all was! The menu on the website does not have as many items as the menu in the restaurant, which has many more vegan options than I would have thought and all looked amazing. Everything vegan is clearly marked and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions. The restaurant has an upscale and relaxing atmosphere with quick and pleasant service from the owners and staff, and they are very kind and attentive. The downside is that the portion sizes are rather small for the price, but I can appreciate having a well-crafted dinner that made me seriously question everything I thought hummus could be (you have to try the hummus; it's smoky and it's so creamy and so good). And I still am in disbelief at how baba ghannouj could be so good that I skipped the pita bread to eat it with a spoon. For anyone who is like me and plans out their meals way before they even get to the restaurant, these are the vegan dishes I noted on the menu when I was recently there: Appetizers: four types of hummous, baba ghannouj, muhammara, grape leaves, makdoos, falafel, fool mudammas, balilah, batata harra Soup Salad: lentil soup, tabbooleh, fattoosh, lebanese salad, rocca salad, eggplant salad, lentil salad Entrees are the lebanese moussaka or a vegetarian plate (hummous, baba ghannouj, grape leaves, tabbooleh, falafel) Desserts: baklava (made with simple syrup), meghli, rice pudding"
