"I have been disappointed for the last time, My Empress!Although the food is really great, I don't recommend lunch BUFFET. Poor planning or just being cheap, not sure. Have to constantly ask for food items to be replenished at the buffet Trough! I walked in today for lunch, checked out what was available and got dissapointed for the last time. Of the eight main dish items, half were completely Empty! If they would agree to only charge me half price, I might consider but that won't happen.I don't recommend this place at all, try for yourself."

"This location is small, hidden within the apartment buildings. The different menu options all sounds amazing, I got the tofu subway sandwich, it was sweet, crunch, crispy tofu with lettuce, green onions and a nice warm toasted subway sandwich. It was yummy, but I had to add ketchup to the sandwich, I definitely preferred something more spicer. However, this sandwich with your own hot sauce is absolutely delicious. I recommend ordering sandwiches then taking it home to enjoy with your own condiments. Thank you!"

"A true sports bar, lots of televisions with a variety of sports. Menu selection is good, decent portions, value for dollar. we had a burger plate and chicken wings. Both were good. The are two things the tables are small so to fit everything on at once is a jugglers dream. For accessibility for anyone with a disability can be a bit tricky.Parking is sufficient."

"The rolls are huge and they taste amazing. The chief's special rolls are soo tasty, the Volcano is one of my favourites. My husband loves the sushi boat, it is literally a wooden boat covered in sushi and sashimi, it took up half the table....Every time we go there the food is always so fresh, fresh wasabi and the service is great and friendly. The sushi here is the closest tasting, if not better then the sushi we have had out in BC"

"After reading the other comments, I can definitely see why other people may have given this place a lower review. I was lucky to get a fresh slice. -Love the thin crust pizza -Nice crunch to the crust -Not overly saucy -Chili flakes was a nice touch to the Hawaiian slice balancing the sweetness from the pineapple while giving it a little kick Overall, would highly recommend getting a slice at the end of your night drinking. In my opinion, I think Fratello beats the other franchise pizza places (Pizza Pizza, Gino's, Domino's etc) and even local shops like Bianca's"

"The last time I had dinner at White Rabbit it was excellent. My friend and I both had the Hanger Steak and were really satisfied with the quality of the meal.Based on our previous experience, we chose White Rabbit again. It turned out to be quite a disappointment. Unbeknownst to us, the restaurant had made some significant changes to to the menu. - The hangar steak, the salmon and other items were dropped from the menu.- The menu is now slanted to health food dishes - yes health food - an odd direction for a rocker-pub. - I couldn't find any entree I wanted to have. At other restaurants in this situation you might opt for that old, reliable stand-by meal: a hamburger. Alas, there is no longer a hamburger on the menu.In desperation I ordered the brisket. Sorry, but it was horrible. First, I don't get how someone can charge $24 for an entree that consisted of the toughest brisket I have ever tried to chew, canned pork and beans and coleslaw. We could have had a similar meal at Lancaster Smokehouse, but paid less and got better tasting food.The brisket was so tough, that our table was wobbling back and forth from the force of us trying to saw our way through the meat. This is no exaggeration. I like the atmosphere at the pub and the service was good, so I would visit White Rabbit again - but just for drinks. I would not go there for dinner."

"This restaurant was recommended by a friend and because I was not familiar with Egyptian food I was excited to try it. The restaurant was clean and bright with a pleasant decor. It had tables and booths. We were told we could sit wherever we...prefered since the restaurant was not that busy at 5:00 p.m. It was very busy when we left. Take-out food was also offered. Plus they have a juice bar. The service was prompt. Water with lemon was brought to us along with the menus. Shortly after that a bread basket containing two freshly baked pita bread and hummus. It was delicious. I ordered a pita wrap filled with marinated beef, garlic sauce, onions, tomatoes, parsley, lettuce, and Shawarma spice blend $7.99. It was very good and very filling. It was a large portion for me. My friend ordered the Shiska Kabob Plate $16.99 which had two skewers of striploin beef and his sides were lettuce, tomatoes, pickled turnips and Egyptian rice. He shared the rice with me and it was the best rice that we have ever tasted. The portion was also large. Washrooms: one for females; one for males In other words not a washroom with stalls to accommodate several people at one time. There is lots of free parking. Visiting this restaurant was a good experience and I will definitely be returning."
