"Absolutely disgusting management. My brother just quit there recently after asking for a raise after he saw that most other places were hiring for more $11.50 at Sonic, $13 at Twisters, $14.50 at Panera Bread). The managers didn 't like him asking that, got very upset, and then proceeded to tell him to work harder to earn the raise . Isn 't that what bonuses are for, a reward for doing more? Keep in mind, he was already working extra shifts, doing extra things that not even the managers did, and they told him to work harder ?! He was doing more than the managers! WITHOUT BEING ASKED! I would understand saying no to a wage increase since he 'd only been working there for 4 months, but they didn 't use that reason at all. It 's that he wasn 't working hard enough! Apparently other employees also were asking for wage increases, and after the managers acted so rudely about saying no, 5 employees including my brother) quit. If anybody finds that Sonic is taking longer with orders, feel free to blame the management for not taking care of their employees."

"It was terrible. 2 cars on 1 side, 2 on the other, waited 10 minutes to have taken our. never happened. I came out when my car went to the next stall abd pushed the button. I started to give my order and was not told to make any ice to shake. I told her to cancel and we went to Sone Square. that was in albuquerque new mexico."
