"Bad customer service overshadowed the amazing food. Had a reservation, met friends, traveled over an hour to experience this facility for the first time. Before paying the server said what the bill was loud on the table, and knew that a person was treated... and asked for tips and the whole amount. After paying the billing server told us we had a minute to go, it is 8:59 and your reservation is over at 9. We didn't know a deadline. When we didn't get up IMMEDIATELY, she literally told us that the management told her to leave. My friend drank something."

"Today I ordered a cherry arugula salad for lunch which cost 9$. The photos on Instagram showed a beautiful bountiful salad when I ordered the salad to go a received an extremely small portion 2 or 3 mouthfuls at most. I understand that they are offering high quality ingredients but I rather spend my money elsewhere where the quality is the same and actually receive a salad that is filling. Very disappointing as I am usually a huge fan of their other offerings."

"Good selection of burgers, most are different and original in their toppings though you can also create your own. Nice burger. Wouldn't recommend the onion rings though."

"Want to thank the team and a owner for such a hard work and best service and most delicious food ever we had. We ordered catering from Alexandros on Saturday and it was the best decision we made. The Order was Chicken and pork souvlaki dinner for 8 people. souvlakis were so fresh and well cooked. The best thing about them is, you can substitute your items to anything. very easy going people and responsible. Again appreciate you making our Saturday night the best night. Well done, owner"

"It was great to be back at the Brux House. Always a great dining experience. Love burgers? Wow. (both meat and veg based). There's a lovely patio too. Dining is mostly limited to second floor; first floor has a bar area and hasn't been re-furnished with dining tables since lockdowns. I was at Brux last night with a friend. Every single server was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient. I loved my chicken schintzel which was served with a delicious savory mushroom based sauce. Large portion. My friend really enjoyed his short rib tagliatelli, served in a delicious sauce. All bottles of wine are half price on Thursdays and the list is quite good. Make a reservation; they turned away people yesterday when I was checking in. Highly recommended. And the large soft pretzels...mmmm... and once again--EXCELLENT service. Delicious food."
