Burnt Tongue is one of the best budget friendly places to eat in Hamilton. While officially a soup place, their burgers are some of the best you'll find. Nothing fancy, but insanely delicious. Their frites served with Belgian mayo or curry ketchup cannot be beat. The soup menu changes daily, so check online at Facebook or instagram to see what's available. Today I ordered a cherry arugula salad for lunch which cost 9$. The photos on Instagram showed a beautiful bountiful salad when I ordered the salad to go a received an extremely small portion 2 or 3 mouthfuls at most.
