"Service Consistantly Unaccomadating. Every time I go to this Jamba Juice and make requests that other Jamba Juice's always oblige, they deny them claiming their manager won't allow them. They are simple requests like adding extra strawberries or making something that isn't on the menu that, like I said, all of the other locations will do with no problem, and yet this sugarhouse branch will never agree to. What really bothers me about it is that whenever I ask an employee for one of these things they deny in a rude, curt manner, like how dare you ask us these things Plus their smoothies are a lot more liquified than most, and that coupled with poor service makes me drive 10...read more"

"This was a really beautiful place; the food was delicious and there was a lot of meat. I also enjoyed the salatable. the personal was also great, especially our main server, black panther. he was on the top of the dinge, very nice and funny. the name tag that cried to chadwick boseman was only on the cake. would in any case sit back in his section and would ask him if possible. my only complaint is that the meat service was slow."

"This review is related to my critique of nearby Space Tea. One night, two appalling experiences in succession.I entered Sozo Kitchen on a Saturday evening to order takeout; no customers arrived during my visit. I requested a custom mango/passion fruit smoothie, adding milk and boba. Yes: no milk in a smoothie. A popcorn chicken order, that wasn 't popcorn chicken, accompanied the drink.I was surprised with a smoothie that was half liquid. The flavor was also off, amplified by the liquidy characteristic of the drink.I also endured pungent popcorn chicken that was made with long chicken strips (correct popcorn chicken available only on certain days), instead. Same cooking method as normal popcorn chicken, but the spices were badly overdone. I always try to finish food completely, but left haft of drink/chicken uneaten.This restaurant ties with Foodie and Sweetie DMarket at the bottom of the barrel.As mentioned, I had the bright idea of getting another smoothie to save the meal.
