"Dinner was delightful. If you’re a lover of Japanese cuisine, but are more accustomed to sushi, this is an excellent place to build on those experiences. The in-house fermentation in the form of chinmi was really a star; I’d say you’re missing out if you don’t get these add-ons. Presentation and service were both excellent. The only place where I felt it fell a little flat was the main course. The waygu and the unagi were both good, but we were underwhelmed. It felt more filler than experience. That said, the woodear mushroom dashi broth that came with the unagi was one of the best dishes of the night."
