"We just enjoyed a great meal at the Fairmont YVR Jetside Lounge. There aren 't many reviews of this place so we weren 't sure what to expect but we ended up having a very good dinner. Even the kids meal we ordered for our daughter was quite good when kiddie food is often an afterthought for most restaurants. She was given a delicious piece of salmon over rice with very nice vegetables on the side. Our other entrees were the Cobb salad, poke bowl and burger and all tasted good and were presented well. Prices are a bit on the high side but that 's to be expected in the airport. We 'll happily come back."

"The setting is cafeteria type with more selections and very good prices for decent food. The Leslie site has a sit in restaurant in the second floor with plenty of sits and large windows. You can get a salmon meal for $9 bucks! Breakfast can be had for a few bucks with coffee. The first floor has a fast food type setting just for quick bites as there is very few chairs and tables. But for 75 cents hot dog it's hard to complain. Of course, shopping for the house and seeing great ideas is really why you are here for."

"A few main points need to be addressed first. It was VERY busy, and the wait for the food was around 20 minutes. The second point is that if you are a bigger person, the seating will feel uncomfortable.So I chose the Taiwanese pot (flaming hot), and the other two were the house special and the miso pot. When the waitress came to take our order, she handled our questions very professionally, which I appreciated deeply. Another note for those who plan to visit for their first time is they will ask if you want vermicelli or rice and green tea or black tea (which all comes with the meal)When the food arrived, it looked quite impressive. The Taiwanese pot came with noodles, cilantro, clams, fish cake, fishball with roe, pork intestines, fish cake sheets, beef, and cabbage. The food tasted pretty good, and the soup has a very strong flavor. If you want something spicy, this pot is for you!Overall a good meal for lunch and dinner. A recommended spot if you are craving for something hot."
