"Tuan Tuan is one of my favorite restaurants in Megamall. It positions itself as the first Chinese brasserie in Manila. <br>

I usually order their menu, which consists of Tom Yung Goong, Teriyaki Chicken, and a cup of hot coffee. The Tom Yung Goong was pleasant, if very mild. Chicken, had a crispy exterior and enough teriyaki sauce that the slight saltyness of the poultry wouldn't overwhelm. The chicken appeared to be grilled as it has some burn marks on the skin, which is normal with this type of method. Coffee had a good milk base that didn't come out too strong and complemented the food well. <br>

To take away, it is important to me to order your snow rolls. It's like their competitors' pork buns, but I like Tuan Tuans better. It has a cookie-like appearance that gives it an added crunch, but there appears to be another layer of bread underneath that contrasts the crust with a chewy bread texture. "So they called their restaurant five because it's on the fifth floor? With so many food establishments left and right, names get harder to come by. <br>

For almost Php 900 with taxes, their breakfast buffet doesn't ring a 5 star rating either. There are quantity selections but not one you will rave about and tell your loved ones to try. <br>

The picks are common. Only one dish stood out in my opinion, the Lentils. It has a flavor that last and a spicy kick that is welcomed. This is beside their soup. <br>
<br>
I also enjoyed their Chicken Macaroni Soup and their version of Roasted Chicken. I love that meat and this one was marinated well. The flavor is deep. <br>
<br>
Desserts not much choices except for pancakes and seasonal fruits. Only one cooking station, could use another one. More Filipino breakfast options. Better bacon too, they were not crispy at all.

"I would like to personally commend the staff named Sarah for being very kind and accomodating to us when we dined in last Chinese New Year. Salmon with quinoa salad is great. The sisig is superb and the cafe americano is really unforgettable. Such a great experience to dine in here. Thank you."

"Very welcoming and cheerfully place! The staff was very accommodating, food arrived quickly and it was very yummy! Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants of the same chain, this is definitely my favorite!"

"This resto is situated near Medical City so whenever hunger strikes me after a morning visit to the ER, I usually take my lunch here. Their dry noodles are great and I have a particular preference for their hakaws and siomais. I find their Lechon Macau a bit too strong in taste. The food does take a while to arrive though.
