Juicy lechon for the win! Hindi na kailangan ng sauce dahil malasa na by itself -- which is a plus for me 'cause I'm not a big fan of the traditional liver sauce.

I'm not so much a fan of Paella but this resto is one of the few that I like. It's one of the pricey ones, but they really serve good Paella and Gambas! The staff were hustling quickly from one table to another, perhaps understaffed. Better service is the key but great food nonetheless.
