"Came here on a business trip and had a wonderful dinner at Osteria Oggi. There are many dishes I wanted to try but with just myself obviously I need to choose diligently.Entree:Had the kingfish ceviche and it is thoroughly enjoyable and refreshing. Great portion too. I will prefer a little bit more citrus into the dish to 'open' it up even more, maybe with a little bit more grapefruit or lemon juice... But this may be personal preference. The dish was seasoned and dressed very well. (I saw the opposite table having the squid and it looked so tasty so I recommend to try) Main:Tried the smoked eel pasta and the pasta definitely didn't disappoint. It was delicious. Chewy and flavoursome. But a few improvements they can consider maybe having a bit more eel pieces as the amount is on the light side for sure. Also I'm not sure whether it was intentional but the dish was heavily oiled. Not sure whether it was necessary as towards the end of the dish, when the pasta has gone cold, all the pasta was kind of swimming in the oil. But in terms of taste, texture and flavour. It was all good. The Gelato (home made) was good. Definitely can taste the effort of the kitchen making them. But again maybe personal preference, I think it is on the sweet side and it covered the main ingredient a bit. But overall it was good. Apparently the decor of the restaurant won an international architecture award. The place was neatly designed to be like an Italian/(Greek) bathhouse. So with small tiled floors, arch doorways type seating arrangements and a big timber frame as if you are in a garden. So overall I will definitively come back and try the other dishes if I have the chance next time. Based on this experience it shall not disappoint."

"I frequently dine in on a special occasion as I love the location, service. However, the value for our meals seem to be becoming f more disappointing with high prices and smaller portions. We ordered the fish of the day as only two options were available on this occasion. The side salad consisting of mashed mango slithers and diced cucumbers was not appealing. The fish has a strong metallic taste and strong on the pallet. The entrees were delicious, very small. We had 2 glasses of sparkling $17 each, 2 entrees, 2 x fish of the day, 2 coffees $260! When we were asked if everything was ok, I mentioned the fish, it was brushed aside. When I finalised the bill, I mentioned it again to the staff member and it again was dismissed! We didn’t eat all our mains, clearly we were not happy. I noted the 2 tables besides us also left their fish mains. Unfortunately when I pay $51.00 for a main meal and I question the flavours, I expect the matter to be taken seriously and not brushed aside. I will continue to visit for small bites and a drink, unfortunately I will not be comfortable returning with other parties after this experience. Thank you"

"I visited on a Friday night around 8:30pm with a friend. We didn't have a booking and it was extremely busy, but we found a spot outside upstairs. We have been here before and love this spot, it has one of the best views in Sydney. The pizzas are really good, this time we had the Alla Zucca $27). It's a bit expensive but very tasty. The service is average. Overall, I highly recommend for nice vibes and a photo location, but it's not the best value for money or service."

"I've been here several times and had very mixed experiences. The drinks are generally good with various mixed messages about table or counter service. I have attended for a few drinks events which are similarly mixed experiences. The meals are up and down so I wouldn't bother coming for the food - some dishes are good value and taste fine, whereas others are very stingy with bland flavours although cooked fine even if meat tends to be overdone. Nothing I've had or seen here is particularly worth raving about. What killed it for me though was attending a recent drinks event here and to watch staff get drunk attending with friends and devour the entire food setting and hog the whole amount set for the entire event before anyone else could get to it, and then be rude and snotty to other paying customers. While this isn't the venue's fault inherently, I felt it should be noted and the response was very poor. I've never had a venue feel it was OK for staff to get drunk and treat customers this way with them taking priority over customers so I won't be back although I never felt the food was worth coming back for anyway. A shame as it's got a nice beer garden in my local area."

"All the seats inside and out at this lovely place are harbor view. We had a bit of trouble understanding the menu descriptions but our waiter, Zach was very helpful. My husband had the steak with oyster starter and I had the local fish and red rascals . All very delicious. A nice start to our month long visit to New Zealand and Australia"
