"Had my first visit, taste a little bland. The meat content in the curries was good, but lacked the usual punch that I would expect from an Indian. A little more garlic, ginger and chillie would have given the dishes the kick that it needed. Service good though"

"The food was amazing and the staff were lovely. There was a high chair available for my little boy. One staff member even offered to push the pram to get little one to sleep whilst I ate. The staff remembered to say happy birthday to the family member. Service was really good and the food came quickly. We even had enough food to take home with us. Really good meal yesterday thank you very much."

"We are Indian and my family and I love dilwar pindi they serve authentic Indian food. None of these sweet things you get into other takeaways in the area!! Food is always hot on arrival and delivered quickly! We are currently on a health kick, but can not wait to order again soon!"

"Easily one of the worst Indians I’ve eaten. the food did have flavour but unfortunately not the right flavour, staff on duty seemed a bit strange, when we arrived we asked for a table for three people as there was only two of us at the time and one arriving shortly after three minutes of being seated we was asked if we could move table as they needed the space, we ordered drinks that never arrived so on this experience I would not recommend."

"First, my main handle was the menu situation. From the site it looked like there was a choice of English or Indian, but on arrival it was said that the Indian menu was the only available. I had Lammrogan Josh, which was okay when a little Bland. I had potatoes with what was a nice touch. The chicken corma of my girlfriend was boiled over with not enough sauce (in our opinion) A free drink was offered, but went back because we wanted to get out because the room was a little cool. Total disappointing"

"I really thought I’d found a decent curry house Used them often for my usual until tonight. The saag aloo was made with yesterday’s roast potatoes. You know when they’re squashy like rubber. I had one bite and that was it. The rice was dry and hard in places. One mouth full of that too. Not a good sign of quality at all. Quite insulting and a sign there may be issues of finance forcing them to reuse food scheduled for the bin. What else do they save money on? For the sake of saving money and re using some potatoes. Was it worth saving 50p? quality Customer satisfaction is everything in a restaurant. I won’t be using them again. ."

"We were heartily welcomed at Burghfield Spices last Saturday despite arriving at 10 pm. We were impressed with the food quality of our curries, so different from the 'mulch ' of the average curry. The ingredients were fresh and our meals were appetising and nicely served."
