"We love Friday's but this is the second time that we have had poor service at the location in Hagerstown. Our waitress did not fill our drinks until we were well done with our food. She did not come by to check on us, if she did she would have known that one of us (party of 4) never received our food and another one of us did not get what they asked for. The manager was accommodating."

"This is one of these good posting / bad posting situations. the good news is that the service was good and the portions were large. I had spinat artichokes-dip-attizer and ribs/salmon-deer. dip was pretty bland. ribs were fleshy, but no deep of taste. as they expect, the salmon were bred. the sose that accompanied it was the most tasteful component of the meal. All-in-all, it was an ordinary dining room experience at a price-point approaching fine restaurants. I wouldn't come back if that was cheaper."

"Ate here at 5:00 on a Thursday, place was empty when we arrived, but was much more busy when we were gone, especially the bar. Server was friendly and food was delicious. Ribs were good and Burger was made exactly as desired. Come back here."

"Surprise to find my favorite restaurant hidden inside a mall while mine in my neighborhood was closed due to corporate restructuring. Couldn’t wait to get my fingers on Jack Daniel’s glazed ribs, I was contemplating on my steps towards the restaurant. It was a Saturday night, five pass 8:00 and the restaurant was half full and I got sat immediately at a window booth with my children near the bar. Ordered our food 10 minutes after, heard myself telling my kids it’s going to be a blast. Was I wrong about that! Forty minutes went by and three tables sat after started to get their food. My son looked at me wondering about where our food was. Puzzled and I summoned the waiter, kitchen was extremely backed up and you ordered the full rack of ribs. I was told and somehow he made me feel guilty of ordering the ribs. Another 20 minutes, by that time everyone around us got their food and we just started to get served. Pasta was cold, warm at best; sandwich was slapped around hastily and the rack of ribs was dry and burnt. It was disappointing, to say the least. Having to wait more than an hour for food this mediocre, was excruciating. Should have voiced my concern to the manager but he/she/they was no way to be found. Waste another minute of ours here, I thought not. Headed straight for the doors at 9:30."
