"Couldn't recommend Yuki in the Hills highly enough. The service was outstanding, the waiters in particular nailed it. They went out of their way to ask how our food was (exceptional, btw) and were so friendly and welcoming. Our food arrived promptly and it was so delicious, we ordered a variety of food and everyone was happy! I was delighted to see so many vegan options on the menu! The atmosphere was great too, so cheery and cozy!"

"We went into the dining area to see how it was, as we were planning our Wedding reception there in a few months. We both ordered the sea food platter, which states it comes with Bugs! Was really looking forward to this, my Partner loves Bugs. After 35 minutes the meals arrive, with cold chips with deep fried seafood placed on top, guess what NO BUGS! We pointed this out and was told, "out of bugs, so we substituted and gave you extra Scallop's (there was two scallops) Nether of us are keen on scallops, and one taste ot them was enough, they were foul. We stated why weren't we told there was no bugs available? The waitress apologise and went to the Manager, who told the waitress offer them a free drink or desert! We were not happy with this outcome we already had two drinks whilst waiting for our meal and don't eat dessert. The Manager did not approach us herself, with the waitress being the messenger. The waitress went on to say, we are trying to source a supplier for bugs. SO THEY NEVER EVEN HAD BUGS TO START WITH! So needless to say, we will not be having our 50 people reception there! The two waitress were helpful and polite, unlike the Manager."
