New owners Josie and Tony have done a magnificent job of bringing the pub back to glorious condition, on top of that actual chef Tony has created an amazing menu. We were there 30th April 2017, I know chips aren't a guide but they were in my top 5 of all places and time. We ate here Sunday evening. OK it was a busy time and the food was delivered promptly despite that, but it was simply just ordinary food, nothing to write home about. But the price was reasonable.
