"Had to wait ten minutes to order food for my 5 year old son. They were more interested in serving alcohol than football began. I talked to a few next to me, I said it's annoying to be ignored while people do nothing. I was heard by whom I suspected was the bar manager, he asked what I said. I repeated it, and he said I shouldn't be rude. I explained I'm talking to the couple next to me, and that's not how it was rude. However, at the bar ignored by his staff (without someone even say: "I will be with you in a few minutes" was rude and bad customer service. Instead of apologising about my waiting and understanding of a customer that no communication is ignored and bad customer service, he just went in defense/attack mode. It is not cut out for bar/restaurant work. Because his customer service is shocked. Even as a black card member, I won't eat there when he works. It must be moved by management or into another role that does not confront customers."

"Only one of the best homemade burgers I've had in a long time. Staff are highly attentive if your a dog lover then your pooch is welcome. If you wanted to describe an English pub to your mail order bride then take them here, the traditional log fire rustic feel offers more than just a locals hangout."

"When we arrived at the restaurant, we were the first customers so we had the chance to chat to the head waiter. I couldn't decide what dish to go for so I asked for one that contained my favourite ingredients Plenty of coriander, garlic,...chilli and lots of ginger. When it arrived, it was exactly what I asked for. It was delicious. I couldn't fault it. I was so thrilled that my request had been accommodated. I can imagine that this may be difficult during extra busy periods but it made the meal so special for me. I really appreciated it. Thank you Sahib First class service and first class food"
