"Eat Street Market Stall Hamilton My husband and daughter ordered the brisket which they said was great and they would order again. I ordered the new dish on the menu which was Rendang curry lamb shank and unfortunately I was very disappointed.The previously slow...cooked lamb shank was retrieved from a metal container and put on the grill to be basted but it was not heated through adequately and was lukewarm when served. I was concerned eating it because of the possibility of bacteria due to the temperature of the meat. The meat was not very flavoursome although the sauce was spicy and quite nice."

"We had regular breakfast and always enjoyed our food at P&W. On this day the eggs were cold, bread tasted stale and bacon was not deep fried. It all tasted like dog food…my dog would not have eaten it. I had one mouth full and...I complained and we left, never to return. $50! Pig food! Don’t eat there! Unless they offer refund. Spoiled our morning."

"This end of Latrobe Terrace is a little quieter these days, but don't drive or walk past without considering this restaurant.We have been multiple times and the special is always delicious. Especially the home made gnocci and pappedelle pasta.Groups, kids, singles, couples, friends are all catered for.It is very good value for money."

"Awesome establishment. 1st time for myself and partner. We decided to eat here before a later come back for an album launch night. The establishment was super rustic and inviting. The bar staff extremely friendly. The food was delicious. Ordered the Barramundi, the fish was...perfectly cooked with a super crisp skin on ink mayo, potatoes with a light crush and roasted were extremely flavoursome and the salad leaves dressed to perfection. I could not falut my meal (unusual for me) Partner had the steak salad and chips which he said was awesome and the portiin sizes were spot on. Later back for drinks and a night of live music. Great vibe and atmosphere, softly lit and again, happy, cheerful bar staff. Finished night with a dish of nice crisp skinned chips and mayo Highly recommend and kudos to the chef. Excellent lunch and evening"

"The German Club is a Brisbane institution with an extensive selection of imported beer on tap and great German food. All the classic German menu items are there - pork knuckle, schnitzel, sausage, kasseler and sauerbraten (German pot roast). The portions are generous and the everything is very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great too - you really feel like you are in a German beer hall!!"
