"We popped in following visiting RAF Cosford as we hadn't realised they would be shutting at 4pm (instead of the usual 5pm) we ordered a round of drinks, sat by the window in a corner and enjoyed some ciabatta and camembert. The atmosphere was lovely, it's dog friendly our toddler loved seeing all the dogs. There was also seasonal decorations. Vegetarian options: I enjoyed the halloumi ciabatta Dietary restrictions: My partner is lactose intolerant they were able to advise on dishes that were dairy free. Parking: We managed to park fine, but it was 4pm on a Thursday. Unsure what it would be like at a peak time. Kid-friendliness: My toddler felt at home loved the dogs who were also visiting. "Used to eat here quite often and the food was always great, though always had to wait a while for it. Now that Fare and Square have taken over the food is simply cheap and disgusting, tasted like stale bread with cheap tomato puree on, found the same pizza in poundland. Told by a staff member that ALL THE FOOD IS MICROWAVED!"

"This is a place we usually come for special occasions. I do like the feel, of this place. It has a really country pub feel to it. I always have the lamb shank. I promise you, you won't find a better lamb shank. The steaks however, are very hit and miss. Mainly for us a miss, there always tough or chewey. Other wise I'd of rated this place a 5 star. I recommend the chocolate fudge cake, really nice warmed."
