"A little disappointed. with a cucumber and although we did not know what was in the tavern, we had to sit in the bar area. when our meal finally appeared, the chicken carbonara had no taste. lack of taste, as she could only taste, was cream. I had the rump and it was very grisly and the caesar salate that accompanied the (chips and salat) was softened in dressing. yuk do not go on a Thursday evening as it is very loud and they have trivia so they do not have a conversation with people as they have a guy on a microphone who asks them."

"I have been consuming here for more than a year and have never encountered this kind of problem before. I brought a drink in to drink. I didn’t know that this problem was serious enough to require 5-6 service staff to surround me and talk to me in a bad tone. He said, We can 't bring drinks in here. 5-6 service staff surrounded me, as if I had done something criminal. This made me feel that they were very disrespectful and had a very bad attitude, just because I am Asian. A human face? No matter which country you come from, people should be respected when they go shopping."

"We went to Damien's for a birthday dinner whilst staying in the glass house mountains. We waited over 50 mins for our food and almost had to leave. There were 8 small tables, it was a quiet Friday night so really no excuse. The food was good I'll give them that however paying $37 each for mains and $9 glass of wine the service and time let this place down. When I asked how long it would be they said "we're just putting wine on your mussels" I look over and they are just opening the packet. The owner then responded "we work on 45 minute cycles" which is fine if you're busy. They brought my partners steak out, 5 minutes before my mussels because they only put them on when I enquired. Not sure what happened tonight but this was a big let down."

"The service here was friendly quick and polite. The burgers were tasty and freshly made and huge the price was also pretty reasonable and I was left feeling satisfied. Definitely one of the better burgers I've had from a takeaway store. There hot box has lots to offer and they are clearly used to dealing with quiet a bit of foot traffic. The menu was pretty standard so if u want something different and interesting this is not the place for you. If u like burgers and cold drinks and hot box food this I your bar."
