First time visiting this club 2 nights ago with a friend. 5 kids between us. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff from the moment we walked in. Kids thoroughly enjoyed games area upstairs. The restaurant was closed but the meals made from the Cafe were excellent. Staff member Ben was patient and helpful throughout our visit. Even going downstairs to bring our meals upstiars. We literally just stood there for over 15 mins to get a drink only to have an elderly man walk up and get served when he just walked up and pushed in what happened to first in first severed I was so offended I literally walked across the road to the other pub there’s better Service and cheaper drinks, this happens all the time you wait and wait and people get served before you it’s ridiculous and so rude they ignore... read more.
