"For a birthday dinner alone (Because I wanted a quiet dinner after 24 km) 25. May wasn't even recognizing what I said. I was quickly served when I was a single to pull me out. My portions were half of the other tables. Scallops obviously cut in half, salad was half the size. ordered the trio main and was also half the size of the other tables. They just let me wait half an hour for the head because I asked that I digest the salad and scallops a few minutes. A man in a green button below made me feel uncomfortable when they stared at me behind the pavilion where the staff came out, not sure who he was, but came out twice to do it. When the bill came, the waitress (Linda) was rude. I didn't expect anything free, just a nice evening that was completely ruined. I didn't complain because Linda might have a bad night. Leave a 20% tip not a happy birthday or even a smile. I don't even recommend going there. The food was ok, but it lacked flavor profile and deep drizzling Balsamico vinegar on a salad is not a dressing the beets were not marinated on all Scallops Bacon Jam is weak without real aroma profile. The main was actually ok, but part was so small in half compared to the two orders Linda went with earlier. Good about price in my opinion and service unfortunately"

"We are impromptu tonight for dinner. it was excellent with the short ribs and the black white fish. I wasn't aware of the last record that has been here many times. I was very impressed by the plate and the accompanying buzz and tear and the service was the first price"

"Their were four of us in our group as we ordered and picked up our meals for a business meeting.I had the deli panini which came with turkey, brie cheese, cranberries, and greens on a naan bread. Others in the group had their famous salads and the deli sandwich.We also picked up several cookies and other dessert items.I thought the panini was very good and everyone was pleased with their choices."

"I'm not sure where to begin with this place...but will start with the positives. It's close to Deerhurst (if you're staying there) and the ambience is nice, kind of hokey but it's Muskoka and it's supposed to be like that. The service was pretty good too.The one star comes from the price, this place is priced liked a very high end steak restaurant yet delivers less than what you'd get from the Keg or even Kelsey's (or Appleby's for US folks). The quality of the meat was substandard and a couple of people in the party ended up with overcooked steaks. The sides were almost universally cold and the baked potatoes, were actually half of one small potato. What self-respecting steak house gives you half a potato?!?! If this was priced like a pub, it'd get 2.5/3 stars because that's what the food quality actually is, below average pub fare. It gets one star because it pretends to be high end and is definitely not."
