Straight down the middle with the courses, everything was good kind of what’d you expect. Nothing crazy wild/innovative, they played it safe. The wine pairing was also solid no complaints. "A very good culinary experience. the braided pork beginning was very nicely cooked and well presented. venison and steak net were all technically good, but not really blown. all articles were correctly executed and cooked, although I wish the dishes were a bit more aggressive in the spicy or ingenuity, as they all taste a bit tame. no concrete complaining or error to the escaped, but nothing to rave. to the happiness was the sticky toffee pudding fantastic and was the best we had traveled during our two weeks. the service was very good and ross (bartender) was amazing. 5 star review is mainly on service, dessert and barkeeper in contrast to amazing food."
