"Good food, good value. Would definately recommend. Message to owner: having a 3rd member of staff on would more than pay for itself: customers would be served quicker so more customers per night. We waited a long time for our food. In the ~2 hours we were there 14 customers were turned away as there was no space."

"Fantastic eating, great selection of gins and crying. the menu is a bit expensive, but the sweet portions are great (sometimes we have hard to get in Scotland) and the presentation is excellent. the staff is a bit slow at the feet and leaned against the walls when we needed service, but apart from that it is a great place to eat."

"Food was absolutely amazing, the duck and the chicken were very tasty and filling. The goats cheese croquette to start was delicious. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our meal, these things happen of course, the restaurant gave us 20% off without even complaining, exceptional customer service!"

"Beautiful view, great personal, exceptional customer service. the rooms are well furnished and the common rooms are attractive. a great place to tour from and back. the personal solved professional problems, gave great advice on tours and transport, and they were nice to deal with. the food was delicious and very well prepared, and the roses with its bar menu is only excellent with views of the harbour."
