"We needed some takeaway and looked online for advice, having never bought Asian food on the peninsula before. Dynasty's menu was a mix of many Asian foods and it was pleasing to be able to choose from Chinese to Singaporian to Thai influenced dishes. Our spring rolls and steamed dims sims were generous serves, as were the SIngapore noodles, Singapore rice, sate chicken and mongolian lamb. We had plenty of leftovers, even with four adults with big appetites. Prices were very reasonable for take away and dine in options. Lots of take away orders were coming through when we were there, testament to its popularity. We will be back to try some more dishes. There is plenty of street parking. While the decor is dated, don't let that put you off trying the food."

"We married on May 26, 2018 in the golden ox. from the first time we visited the golden ox at a wedding opening day we knew it was the place for us. we were shown the high-time grounds, reception rooms and decorations, then we had to sit and try some delicious canapés and call numbers. the quality service they receive from the golden ox is 5 stars each step of the way. on the day of our high season the weather was perfect until about 2 minutes in the ceremony when the rains began. to the luck at the golden ox they have a beautiful undercover option within the gardens and within seconds we moved the ceremony and all our 120 guests were undercover and dry. our photos still look amazing although the weather did not go as planned. the location is also fantastic at the ox, the redcliffe and woody point jetty are a short drive away and there are so many other beautiful places close to. we have the most beautiful photos of our high-time celebration at the ufer. they just can't get this to others! eating in the golden ox is also absolutely delicious. I trained for 3 years as a cook in the city and am always amazed by the quality of food in the golden ox. I received as many comments from friends as amazing eating was at the recipe, and how fast everyone was served. 5 stars quality young! P.s also for all nutritional needs – we had gluten-free, vegan and diabetic guests and everything was for. I don't know what to say, but if they're looking for exceptional quality, they won't see it anymore! the golden ox is the place to marry. thanks to that nick and virginia give us the most beautiful day of the world. you have done so much for us! love naomi and greg"

"My friend and I decided to grab a kebab for lunch, well big mistake that was. Was greeted by a rude bogan woman and it took 15 minutes for us to receive our lunch. When we finally sat down, we began to eat our lunch and with every bite there was stringy plastic. We tried to remove it and continue eating but it was throughout the entire kebab. We took it to the counter and politely told the employee about the situation. Well, firstly he grabbed some of the many pieces of plastic and ripped them up and said, "it breaks it's not plastic." As both being A grade students in senior chemistry and physics after finishing a unit on plastics, this ignorant man was trying to convince us that something that was so obviously plastic, wasn't. He then went on to say that it was part of the onion. What a bloody joke, well aware onions have a skin of them, there is a big difference between plastic and onion. He then tried to say it was because they have bigger onions in the store and that was enough for me. So Unprofessional and without a doubt the worst lunch I've ever had. Definitely will never go back."
